Gord has spent more than three decades exploring how social services can better foster belonging, meaning, and human flourishing. As Director of Innovation at posAbilities, he leads efforts to reimagine supports and strengthen community connections through social R&D, partnerships, and creative experimentation. With a background spanning philosophy, social services, and systems design, Gord’s practice blends curiosity with pragmatism — convening diverse collaborators to navigate complexity and co-create more inclusive futures. A wanderer at heart, his work moves fluidly between ideas and action, helping others see and shape the patterns that hold potential for change.
