Design isn’t all about brochures, websites, or apps. It’s about people. During this session, you’ll walk through a series of interactions and take a designerly perspective. You’ll map your own journey. We’ll identify the elements that can be designed and try-out what happens if you do. A few tools and methods that service designers use will be introduced, including journeys, prototyping and profiles.
