Why? You like our values, you want systemic solutions to problems lots of communities are facing, but you also want to be able to engage local stakeholders in shaping and owning them just like a homegrown approach.
You also want rigor. Each of the models we’ve co-created is based on original and academic research. They have been prototyped with organizational partners since at least 2020-21 (some longer) with multiple teams and across several contexts, which means we have a very good sense of necessary conditions, possible adaptations, and can help you troubleshoot!

What do we mean by adaptation?
Adaptation is as much about generating a sense of local ownership as a custom fit to your context. We can accomplish both with a short upfront on-the-ground research sprint to identify opportunities for customization and involve stakeholders in co-designing your version.
Because our models are community-embedded, adaptation means identifying where you might find passionate individuals in your area and using our materials and practices to strike up a relationship (or take your existing relationship to new places!)
