Disconnects & ideas pinned-up on our tent inside Apeldoorn city hall

Thursday, March 13, we wrapped up the on-the-ground research we’ve done with 20 women living at the shelter in Apeldoorn. With stories from the women, from social workers, and services. And with a short video screening the biggest disconnects, along with 20 ideas to help close them. To create a space for conversations, we pitched up our second-hand tent and brought our plants, our Persian rugs, and blender (for smoothies) into Apeldoorn city hall. We met-up with and got feedback from social workers, service managers, policymakers and, of course, the women we’ve been working with.
